The following are the two printing options available for the Alumalite.  Please email or call us f you have any questions. 

Alumalite's are printed using only the highest quality printers and on high quality printing film material.  Our printers produce the finest quality graphics with a continuous tone.  Materials are of the utmost importance to ensure that your graphics do not fade and do not delaminate over time.  The lamination process is used to permanently combine the three layers of photomural materials as illustrated below.

Layer 1 - 5mil thickness - Textured Lamination Front Layer 2 - 6mil thickness - Printing Film Material Layer 3 - 10mil thickness - Lamination Back

Alumalite's are printed using a durable wrinkle resistant fabric called Poly-Flex.  The dye sublimation process transfers your full color image directly to the fabric.  This is all done by using an ink transfer to permanently transfer your image to your OneFabric display.
